I had the opportunity to meet with the management of the group, and I must say, I was very impressed with them.
Best service and good for safety. You can make an appointment with the office, and they will send a driver. However, I had an issue with a lazy driver the other day. He didn't come into the airport; I had to walk out and look for him. He wasn't even at the parking area.
I needed to go to Paarden Eiland. I called a reluctant service person, and they quoted around R150. However, when the driver arrived, he asked if I preferred a flat rate of R150 or if he should run the meter, mentioning that it might be cheaper that way. In a rush, I opted for the flat rate, but afterward, I felt like I had been overcharged. I think I'll stick to using UBER in the future. It's cheaper, friendlier, and more reliable.
Great service as always for airport drop-off. Today, the young man who dropped me off was friendly, well-spoken, and drove extremely well.
