The staff accommodated us and was friendly enough to let us see more of the stocks inside. The problem is that, upon communicating with him prior to arriving at the shop, he had confirmed the part was available, which caused us a waste of our time coming since it turned out to be unavailable.
Extremely poor service. Contacted them 4 times, and every time got transferred to the department I requested, just to get no help.
After initially saying they didn't have the part, it took them 24 hours to get back to me, but they eventually found it when I brought in a sample. Good price and eventually saved me some money.
